3. Action Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

Once a valid DMCA notice is received and verified, Seeokyo will:

  • Notify the content publisher or user (if applicable)
  • Take further action if repeated infringement occurs

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed content and its previous location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  4. Your full name, address, and email address
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court and accepting service of process from the original complainant

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files legal action within the required timeframe.

5. Repeat Infringers

Seeokyo reserves the right to terminate user access for accounts that are found to be repeat copyright infringers, without prior notice.

6. Fair Use Notice

Some content on Seeokyo may be used under the principles of fair use for:

  • News reporting
  • Commentary
  • Criticism
  • Education

However, fair use determinations are made on a case-by-case basis, and we fully respect valid copyright claims.
