As of February, Jang and her husband, Korean medicine doctor Han Chang, became joint owners of a lavish unit in the Galleria Foret, a high-end apartment complex located in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The property, known for its celebrity residents and panoramic views of Seoul Forest and the Han River, was reportedly purchased for 9.45 billion KRW (approximately $7 million USD). The unit’s exclusive area spans 218㎡, offering spacious living in one of Seoul’s most coveted addresses.
According to real estate records, the property is secured with a mortgage capped at 5.768 billion KRW, hinting that the actual loan amount likely hovers around 4.8 billion KRW, based on standard lending practices.
Galleria Foret is no stranger to fame home to stars like G-Dragon, Kim Soo-hyun, and Han Ye-seul, the complex boasts not only high-end amenities but also unbeatable convenience.
